The manuals or schematics can be found the vehicles manufacturers website - they give screw type and location, or if rebuilds/repairs are the process then the removal and replacement method is used.
All orders ship usually using either United Parcel Service or USPS. You will be given the choice at checkout of what shipment service you wish to use.
