RCScrewZ screws are produced to standard manufacturing lengths (no odd lengths i.e. 23mm, 39mm and so on). We will included longer screws which can be trimmed down to the manufacturers length (i.e. threading a nut on the screw, using a dremel or cutoff tool and trimming screw to length, and them removing nut to clean the threads for use). Also some kits call for, example, a 26mm length as to where a standard length of 25mm will work the same in most applications.
Product returns are easy with RCScrewZ!  Shipping costs are non-refundable! - if the product was ordered and delivered - then shipping is complete and non-refundable.  Products being return by customers for any reason (ie.. no longer needed, wrong kit was ordered, dissatisfied with product, etc..) with receive 100% of the product price refunded back to them as long as we get the product returned to us which includes the screws, wrenches and case storage.  If the product is not returned - then there will be no refund!
