How does RCScrewZ handle product returns?

Shipping costs are non-refundable! - if the product was ordered and delivered - then shipping is complete and non-refundable. Products being return by customers for any reason (ie.. no longer needed, wrong kit was ordered, dissatisfied with product, etc..) with receive 100% of the product price refunded back to them as long as we get the product returned to us which includes the screws, wrenches and case storage. If the product is not returned - then there will be no refund!
