Orders will usually go out within 24-48 hours if all the items are in stock. We use the best package delivery service in the business: UPS & USPS, so you can rest assured that your package will get there safely and in a timely manner. We will email you with your package information and the tracking number so you can track the status of your package online at www.ups.com or at www.usps.com .
International Shipments are shipped via USPS (Airmail Parcel or Global Priority or Global Express). Airmail parcel shipment doesn’t come with tracking only customs declaration tracking info for once the package arrives in your country (7 to 10 days). Global Priority includes tracking & insurance for your purchase and is guaranteed to arrive in your country in 3 to 4 days but cannot be tracked to your door. Global Express Mail is the fastest means possible – guaranteed to be delivered to your country within 1 to 2 business days and comes with Insurance and Tracking to your address. We do not provide refunds or reshipments on lost Air Mail or Global Priority Shipments due to it not being track able to the buyers address. RCScrewZ in not responsible for quoted delivery times by USPS Priority Mail Services and/or custom houses detaining packages. Express mail is fully insured even on lost shipements.
UPS shipments that are delayed or rescheduled due to the shipping company (UPS) are to be covered by the shipping company for shipping refunds.
FREE Shipping Promotions apply to free Priority Mail either National or International - Express Mail is not an option on FREE Promotional Shipping
Here at RCScrewZ & Hobbies all our kits are hand packed by our packers daily. Human error does occur sometimes where a customer could receive a mis-packed kit (wrong sizes or forgotten sizes). If this happens to your order (whether is was purchased direct from us or one our 1000 resellers) just give a call or email. We will send you a free replacement kit - all that we require is the orginal mis-packed kit be returned to us to help us improve our quality control. If any issues or mispacks cannot be resolved - refunds area also availabe - just return us the kit and get a 100% refund (minus shipping costs) for all unopened returned kits. There will be a 20% restocking for all screw kits returned that are opened/incomplete. We don't cover broken parts (helicopter or car parts) due to faulty parts or mis-use.
